With over 7000 animals already living in residence at the park, Pairi Daiza asked us to help them invite and present a new bestiary of rare and legendary marine animals: the Sea Monsters.
In 2021, we gave life to 3 legendary aquatic animals: the Kraken, Nessie and a three-headed hydra, projected on a 40 meters water screen on the lake located in the heart of the park during the Halloween festivities.
In 2022, 2 more monsters, Mobydick and a Giant Crab were added to increase the water level of the lake.

The last step that will add realism to this holographic mapping on water, is the simulation of the interaction of the animal’s movements with virtual water.
Days of fluid simulation and renderings were necessary to obtain such a level of realism.
